Delivery
We have a processing time of 1–2 business days to pack and ship your order. After that, the shipping time is 7–14 business days.
We also offer delivery via Instabox, with a delivery time of 5–12 business days.
In some cases this is possible if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. In most cases it isn’t, as your item is already packed and on its way to you.
As soon as your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. It will include a tracking number you can use to track your package. Please note that it may take some time before the tracking information appears.
For every order, an order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you provided. If you still can’t find the email, we recommend double-checking your spam folder. Otherwise, contact us.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You have a 2-week right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
Due to misuse of free returns, and because we care about the environment, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we have received your returned package, your refund will be processed within 1–9 business days. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the refund process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
You will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

PAY LATER
With Pay Later, Rovior members get more time to pay. You can shop now, try at home and only pay for the items you keep, up to 30 days later. No interest, no fees, no impact on your credit score.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from Klarna with information on how and where to pay.
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa cards.
We put your payment security first. This means you may need to verify your card payment with 3D Secure before the purchase is completed. Your bank can tell you more about 3D Secure and how to verify yourself.

If the card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. Contact your bank or card issuer if you have any questions regarding this.
